I LOVE THIS SITE...
Speaking about always saving the best for "later"..
I remember when Mother would bake a cake with lovely, lucious frosting on top, and I would very cleanly remove the wonderful, sweet topping, lay it on the side, and proceed to eat the dry cake and then savor the TOO rich icing. Only much later did I realize, it is much better to eat them together....just like life....somehow we can manage anything if we just "eat" the good and bad together...
